Beautiful Beginnings

For the benefit of Mrs. M. Here are a few pixies. Such a wonderful wedding. It was a pleasure and an honor to photograph. The first wedding couple on the ledge at the Sears Tower had me shaking in my boots! I'm not particularly fond of heights. However it was a great idea and many couples since have been following in your brave footsteps. Hope these few will tide you over until the entire batch is done. Enjoy.

It's a GIRL!

Little baby "K" was so sweet and easy to photograph.

Wide awake and happy this little model put up with a lot.

Naturally, she was the most happy in her mother's arms.

This beautiful girl is lucky she'll have two big brothers to help take care of her.

Can't wait to see her for another shoot in the fall.

I have the best job.

Happy Baby!

Oh my! Sweet Baby J was such a happy baby. He was all smiles and sitting up for me. He didn't even mind the grass! The hat on the other hand - he preferred to have it off. Put on the funny bleachers shirt for dad and it was all was good.

I had such a great time playing with little man "L".  Fresh from a nap he was ready to go!  Natural light, little feet & little toes, and how about that hat!   He was such a sport.  This shoot was the highlight of my day.  I love my job.

Pretty Pretty Princess

Little Princess "P" loves to dress up!  What 3 year old girl doesn't?

We had such a great time.  I was the wicked witch (she had me wear a funny hat) and she used her magic wand to turn me into a frog.  We had so much fun.  Ribbit.

Tots 2 Teens

Attended the Tots 2 Teens seminar with Sandy Puc´yesterday in Oakbrook.

Had a great time.  Got tons of info.  Tricks of the trade, new vendors, marketing ideas, you'll be seeing some cool stuff from me soon!  Stay tuned...

My little musician...

Lucas was inspired this morning to play the guitar.  He's fascinated with the vibrating strings.

With the early morning light coming in I used my 50mm /1.8  lens to capture his fun.  I'm not sure who had more fun;  Him or me. 

Funny Faces!

Three and four year olds LOVE to have their photos taken.  They love even more to make funny faces.  While talking to my son's pre-school class about my job the kids asked me to take their pictures.  They had some awesome questions.. like "why does a camera click?" & "Is that umbrella for rain?"  They know nothing about film.  They're growing up in a digital world.  Here are some of my favorite shots.  Enjoy!!!!

It's a Beautiful Day!

What a beautiful day!  It actually felt like spring in Chicago.  We went to the park and there were many photographic opportunities.  My daughter wore my old orange corduroy jacket and moroccan hat.  I loved seeing her in it.  Got some great shots.  Here are a few.

She is very laid back.  We just hung out and got a few great shots.

New Arrival

Little Miss "M" has arrived and is as sweet as can be.  I just love the tiny little toes.  They grow up so fast.  That's why I just love capturing this time for parents.
