Long time no blog.

Getting back to the blog. Here are some of my recent faves. Seniors, Babies, Weddings and Lollapalooza! Again this year SPIN used 3 of my Lolla shots in the print edition (page 9) and online they used 7!

Photo Cards for Japan

In response to the recent tragedy in Japan, Chouinard Photography will be printing limited edition photo note cards to benefit Save the Children's Japan Earthquake Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund.

Brookstone will be matching donations to the fund through March 30th. This will make twice the impact so please order soon.

The set of cards will include two cards each of 5 different shots taken recently in Chicago for a total of 10 cards with envelopes for $20. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the STC earthquake fund.

The Beach

Spending a few months at the beach while our house goes through single family home conversion from a two-flat. Having so much fun shooting at the lake. Here are a few of my recent faves. Enjoy!

SPIN Magazine - Lollpalooza 2010 shoot

The October 2010 issue of SPIN magazine features 3 of my backstage shots from this summer's Lollapalooza music festival. It was such a fun time. My shots include The XX, Daniel Castadyof the FOLD & NERVO in the center. I also had a chance to meet the awesome Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders. Love her! Artists were given SILVER JEANS, water bottles by THERMOS, and the food and drink included White Castles, Budweiser, Tito's Vodka coctails and Sweet Leaf
